Yum, well, that is all I do, too. But I cook it a bit on one side and then flip

it and do the other. Usually, the whole process is only about 10 minutes, but

longer if your meat is thicker. I just do it till it is all a more

pinkish-whitish color and flaky, instead of deeper pink as it is when it is raw.

I rub a little mayo on each side and sprinkle dill on it, too.

Good to hear from you, and thanks for tip! Never to old to learn. Sara has

kept me posted on , sure will remember him in my prayers. I remember when

was in the Marines, and they bomb the Marines in Lebanon way back when.

So Ii know the anxiety parents go thru. Hang in there.
