Guest guest
Yum, well, that is all I do, too. But I cook it a bit on one side and then flip it and do the other. Usually, the whole process is only about 10 minutes, but longer if your meat is thicker. I just do it till it is all a more pinkish-whitish color and flaky, instead of deeper pink as it is when it is raw. I rub a little mayo on each side and sprinkle dill on it, too. Good Luck! I tried to cook salmon steaks tonight for the first time, and not a one of my vast collection of cook books explained the proper way to broil salmon. Anybody have a plain simple way to cook it? Ii had it under the broiler for 10 minute's, and the middle was raw. Please write to me at mamadee1@... Thanks Loads! Rita Till next time!
