Switching from natural to T3

Hi all,

What is the dosage of T3 and procedure for switching from 1/2 grain natural (30

mg) to T3 only? My doc did tests recently, I am not sure what she'll recommend.

I am on 1/2 natural now, and I can tell I am building up RT3 and am resistant:

tired, hair failing out, cuticles peeling, depressed more, platelets way up

again. If it weren't for resistance, 1/2 grain would be my ideal dose, I

believe.

I know my adrenals are not bad enough to warrent meds, and I support through

supps and vitamins. Plus with lyme, coinfections and myco-pnuemonia, cort may

not be great right now.

Interestingly, my lyme doc ordered the RT3 without me asking. And when I

remarked on this, she was all like, of course we have to look at RT3, we have to

look at all of these things! Wow!

I seem to always get changes in hair texture, cuticles, skin when my thyroid level is too lows.
