While on T3 onyl you need a FT3 OVER range to be unhypo as oyu have nop

converiosn form T4. Your RT3 is still higher thna it should be wihtr

just taking T3. SO your thyroi dis doing some produciton and this we try

to cut out pretty much completely. Most peoiple need 75-100mcg T3 to

feel well. With some of us needign even more.

My pulse shoots up in the 120s when i go up

do i just need to get mag up as high as possible? it is always low

well ferritin is always around 165

but potassium serium is usually 4.3 or 4.4 range 3.5-5.3

some have said low Potassium

sodium is usually 141 or 142

RBC magnesium is 4.5 range 4.2 - 6.8

i say low mag, others say low potassium b/c i have mentioned that in new

situations my temp will spike up to the 99's for no reason
