Hi,I am in my 4th week, at 75mcg for the past 2 days (today makes it the 3rd day at this dosage). I am experiencing an exacerbation of fibro symptoms, leg pain, shoulder pain and also now headaches. I generally feel like I have an ongoing bad case of the flu with bad shoulder pain. I take B-12, liquid magnesium, etc., however, I don't take adrenal support b/c adrenals were OK 6 mos ago when tested, and when I took Isocort for a couple days to help out adrenal stress, the Isocort made me feel hyper and anxious. Also sea salt 3-4x/day. It is hot and humid here with some weather coming through, but I have stayed inside w/ air conditioning, as the heat intolerance is also bad. My basal temps are pretty much steady at 97.4 (started out at 96.2) for the past 4

days. Temps are a little lower today.I have been having these symptoms all day, BP 114/76, pulse 83. Headache is getting worse and have a flu-ish, woozy feeling. Do I increase my dosage tonight by the 6.25 I was going to? I don't know if I should increase dosage of T3, keep it the same, etc. I have been going up slowly, hoping adrenals were keeping up, and thinking they were since I could not tolerate any adrenal support. My ferritin is right along the acceptable bottom level at last test in July, but I have continued supplementing. I have had sea salt 3x today and still have the flu-ish, woozy feeling. Help? Thanks again, seems like this is happening about once a week. Support is very much appreciated...it's lonely out here in do-it-yourself medical treatment :)Nanci
