Question abt insurance

Hi guys,

I have a question abt the insurance coverage

Ppl who are visiting R.E ,is the blood work ,lab work fall under

infertility services ?

Also Do these mullerian abonomilities fall under infertility services ?

And is it normally covered under insurance ?

My insurance company says it doesnt cover any infertility serives.

I have been diagnosed with arcuate uterus and I am going to see R.E

for further take further steps.
