Glandulars and low temps on T3

Hi Mods

I really need some input here.

I have followed the protocol for T3 only as per Nick's website and gradually

increased dosage to 125mcg split over 5 doses per day. I tried taking T4 but it

made me feel worse so I decided to go down the T3 only route.

I started on glandular Adrenal in January as advised by Dr P and i have done

well since, showing a slow but steady improvement. I have been feeling much

better but the last couple of days i have really gone off the boil and need some

advice. I dont have any cortisol labs as I started it before labs and really

dont want to have to wean off for 2 weeks to get test done. I know its tricky to

advise without labs but you can see my predicament.

My temps have suddenly fallen off the page. 35.3 basal and average 35.6 today. I

dont know why and need some guidance as to where to go with this? My pulse is

running at 105-110 at rest and 120 standing so i know this is too high. I tried

the salt water test and it didnt seem to make any difference.

I take 3000mg Vit C and the glandular is full of Vit B. I take 200mg px iron and

my ferritin was 160 last blood test so iron doesnt seem to be a problem, but i'm

gonna get it tested soon. I use rock salt and use liberally on my food but dont

take salt water.

I tried increasing the glandular the last few days and my temps have dropped and

i feel really fatigued. I recently weaned off Vanlafaxine so that is obviously a

potential issue but the current fatigue doesnt seem linked a sI weaned off

My sleep has changed and I have been waking really early so have taken Melatonin

to try to improve sleep.

Any guidange would be gratefully recieved as i dont want to lose all the

improvement i have made since Christmas when i was in a real state.

Do I decrease glandular? Do I increase T3. Do i just wait?......help?

Thanks

Carole
