VAL spoke last night, Took cynomel this am, have a question

It's 10am now and the feeling has past (increased hrt rate, increase energy) my

pulse is back down to 64, energy alittle less so I guess this is normal I gather

for the first dose? It's been 3 hours since I took 25mcg T3.
