They suggested I use the following transdermal creams to balance my cortisol(and blood sugar), DHEA. (age 58,female) The daytime formula(to be used in morning & at 6:00p.m.) includes the following ingredients: pregnenolone(19 mgs.),DHEA(7 mgs.), L-Methionine(7 mg.),Progesterone (6 mgs, wild yam), Vitamin E(4mgs.), 7-K eto DHEA(3 mgs.),Benfothiamine(2mgs.), B12,B6 p5p,L-Tyrosine(577mcg.) (other ingredients: L-Ornithine,Maca extract,,Muira Puama, Licorice extract, Vitamine E, L-Glutamine,L-Taurine, Potassium Iodide, alpha lipoic acid. The night formula(at bedtime):Phosphatidylserine(98 mgs.),Gaba(38 mgs.),Melatonin(3 mgs.). Other ingredients: Alpha Lipoic acid,Avena Sativa Extract. Could I please have your opinion on this, Val? My test results: Cortisol: 8:00AM: 3.02 ng/ml (range: 3.5-6.3) Noon: 1.64 ng/ml (range: 1.4-2.8) 4:00PM: 1.27 ng/ml (range: 0.8-2.4) 8:00pm: 0.71 ng/ml (range: 0.6-1.6) Midnight: 1.25 ng/ml (range:0.3-1.2) 4:00AM: 2.38 ng/ml (range: 0.3-1.7) DHEA-Sulfate Panel: 8:00AM 5.7 ng/ml (range: 2.8-12.7) 8:00PM: 4.9 ng/ml (range: 2.7-9.0) Midnight: 4.5 ng/ml (range: 1.8-8.1) Thanks again Val!
