Hi Nick or Val, would you recommend just going on T3 only

even if you haven't had a recent test done for RT3? Or should I find out my

ratio?

I kind of gave up for awhile because everything became to much but I'm back now

and trying to address things again.

I would at least want a FT4 and FT3.
