I had a similar experience in the beginning of my treatment. My ferritin was a

25, my RT3 ratio 8 and my HC was 40mg. Though I had enough HC, I did not have

enough ferritin. When I first started T3 I felt the nice energy, then I began

to feel tired and I wasn't even on that much. It was because my iron was too

low and I couldn't utilize my T3. I think it was around March when I started

this.

It is now Aug. and I am at 100mcg of T3. I had to increase slowly. For me I

increased a little cynomel 6.25mcg when I felt hypo i.e. depressed, belly really

swelling, dry. Then it helped it. I would wait until I felt the body was ready

again to want more T3.

I am not a mod, just my comments on myself and what I was doing.

Edge up slowly and stay just below the place where you get adverse

effects
