Sky's right, in order to tolerate an adequate dose of T3, a few other things

need to be in good shape first. (This happened to me; I could not tolerate an

effective dose of T3 until I raised my iron.) Here's a link to Moderator Nick's

info page on this:

Nick's website, main page, GREAT RT3 info

Regarding iron: in addition to a ferritin of 70-90, we now also recommend

getting an iron panel test with a result showing % saturation. For best thyroid

utilization, the % saturation should be 35-45.

freaky. The same thing happened last time I tried straight T3.
