Hi...I live in the poconos. I go all the way over to long island to see a doc over there. One good way to find a doc is to call compounding pharmacies in your area and ask which docs use them. Those doctors are more likely to be open to listening to you and not locked into synthroid. You don't necessarilly need a doc who is a thyroid expert as much as you need a doc who will listen to you and be open minded to the course of treatment you want to go with. My doc was only familiar with the wilson protocol for t3 only treatment, but he was willing to read the info from Nicks site and prescribe for me accordingly.
