my friends results? she is on 1/2 grain of NT and 20 mcgs of cytomel per

day...doctor wants to put her on synthoroid. She thinks her blood cortisol

levels are good...do you agree? Some authorities think blood cortisol is better

at the low end of range. She has migraines, fatigue and other hypo symtpoms but

doctor is going simply on tests and does not want to raise thyroid. Thanks in

Her blood cortils is fine wher eit si but this does NOT tell us if she

has adrenal fatigue. Her DHEA indicates weak afdrenals so a saliva test

would be best. She also has high RT3 so absilutely shouold NOT go to T4

meds. Her ratio is 24.07 so she may not need T3 onyl but ti si still low

enough that more T4 woudl be a really bad thing. She needs iron labs to

see if that is part of the issue as well.
