Hi everyone,

What is internal shaking feeling/ the shivers internally a symptom of? I read

about it here and realized it completely described a symptom of mine, but of

course I cannot for the life of me remember anything else/ where I read it :(

I have it pretty bad... What are you supposed to do about it?
