I would ask Val when she is back in 3 days because the standards for taking iron

have changed. They are looking more now at the TIBC and the %sat. Your TIBC is

low, which means your body doesn't really want more iron (i.e., it's capacity to

bind it is not high) and your %sat is higher than 35, with 35 to 45 being the

rec I do believe. So maybe you don't need iron. That would solve your problem!

13-14. My plan was to supplement iron to raise my 20 ferritin level to at least

50, support the adrenals with HC based on my salivary test results, and then

begin T3 only after those had stabilized. (Lab results at end of post.)

food for yeast. I am currently overrun after supplementing for approx 2 weeks

at 120mgs/day.

my iron remains low, how do I escape this vicious cycle? I am already on a low

sugar candida diet and have done a month round of Diflucan. I thought the yeast

was controlled.

been resistant due to the info I have read here about RT3. Should I go ahead

and try that to see if it helps with the hypo symptoms? Or do you think it will

just make it worse? He is willing to do T3 only as well if I prefer and does

not think that I need HC.
