Guest guest
I have not been good about temps or pulse lately (newborn excuse)but my heart is not racing like before. Last temps were 98.4 afternoon (a few weeks ago). Does my FT3 being high mean that the T3 is still pooling? Should I lower my dose? Thank you, Val! in CA > > TSH<0.0006 .450-4.500 > > > > T4,Free<0.03 0.82-1.77 > > > > T3 Total 271 71-180 > > > > T3 Free 7.3 2.0-4.4 > > > > Ferritin 48 13-150 (up from 18 last time) > > > > Thank you very much! > > in CA > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > > > > We are not medical professionals here, just patients sharing our experiences. Guest guest
So, Val, if my FT3 is high, that means my T3 is pooling, right? Do I just sit tight on this dose (67.5mcg) until my ferritin is at least 70 and that should allow the t3 into the cells? Or should I lower my dose until the ferritin is up? My afternoon temp today was 97.5, pretty bad. I'll start charting temps again tomorrow, my parents just left tonight from a two week visit. in CA > > TSH<0.0006 .450-4.500 > > > > T4,Free<0.03 0.82-1.77 > > > > T3 Total 271 71-180 > > > > T3 Free 7.3 2.0-4.4 > > > > Ferritin 48 13-150 (up from 18 last time) > > > > Thank you very much! > > in CA > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > > > > We are not medical professionals here, just patients sharing our experiences. Guest guest
Val, you had asked about my temps and pulse with these labs. As of the last few days, my temps have been low, in the low 97's. Pulse is mostly good but sometimes elevated in the mornings for short periods. I'm wondering if I should lower or raise my T3 based on the FT3 result? I'm taking 67.5 mcg right now. You said my FT3 was still too high (but much better as it was in the 600's last time). Please let me know what you recommend for me from here. I'm thinking I obviously need to keep working on ferritin but with temps this low, can I raise my T3 in the meantime? Thank you, in CA > > TSH <0.0006 .450-4.500 > > T4,Free <0.03 0.82-1.77 > > T3 Total 271 71-180 > > T3 Free 7.3 2.0-4.4 > > Ferritin 48 13-150 (up from 18 last time) > > Thank you very much! > in CA >
