Val, Nick, I'm into my 9th week on T3 and doing fairly well. More energy, no hypo symptoms to really report. This week I've been taking 25, 18.75, 25, 18.75 mcg T3 and 5, 7.5, 7.5, 2.5 mg HC. It doesn't seem like I've needed as much HC last month so I lowered it with no ill effects. My last cortisol saliva test a year ago showed I have good cortisol available in morning and then dump to bottom the rest of the day. Over the past 5 days I raised the T3 from 25, 18.75, 18.75, 18.75 up to 25, 18.75, 25, 18.75 because I was starting to get a bit tired by my third dose so felt I needed a raise. My pulse and bp has been pretty normal since the T3 raise for the first 2 doses of T3 but I've been noticing this week that about an hour or 2 after I take my 3rd dose of T3 I start getting mild heart pounding. Usually after an hour passes from 3rd dose my pulse and bp stay in the 130 - 140/70-80 range with bp in the 80's - 90's but the heart pounding is mildly noticeable. Today when I took my third dose of T3, 2 hours afterwards I noticed the pounding and took my bp/pulse and it was 153/82 pulse was 92. All week long the pounding doesn't last for more than an hour and when I take my 4th dose the pounding has already subsided. I take iron daily and my ferritin levels were good last labs I took. I'm wondering if I need to reduce the T3 back to 18.75 on third dose and try 25, 25, 18.75, 18.75 instead? I know we want to keep our T3 as level as possible but somethings going on an hour or 2 after my third dose. I raised it last week because by 3rd dose I was really starting to get tired so I'm a bit confused as to what to do. Kem in Eugene <º)))><
