Guest guest
Hi, Gabi... I share your agony, and wish I had answers for you. I am now at CD25 and tested POSITIVE today on a First Response Early HPT (faint line, but hey, a line is a line!). However, my HCG blood test at my RE's office came back NEGATIVE (less than 1, they said), but in an interesting twist my progesterone is 15.7, higher than normal they say. They want me to wait three entire days to come back and take another blood test. I am feeling sick to my stomach, but that could just be from the stress of all of this. : ) Previously, I had a 1st trimester m/c in October of 2004 and a septum resection in January 2005. Could I get the opinion of all of you HCG/progesterone level experts out there? Do you think I am PG? Or is I just being overly hopeful? What are the odds I'd have a false HPT positive? I haven't taken any meds yet. I am so thankful for this group. You all keep me sane!
