I htink salt is best consumed a little all day long. the AM and PM is to

get started and get used to the taste., I found after a while thta I

love th etaste of lightly salted water so I out some in ALL the water i

drink during the day. And yes the guidelines for Aldosterone are VERY

important for accurate results. 2-3 days into your period and salt

fasting for 24 hurs before hand.,

regarding aldosterone, I also have not been taking bp while on T3 only, which

has been over a year. I just took 4 readings& don't know what to make of them.

Took 2 back to back on right arm...112/54 pulse 90, then 101/61 p 81. I switched

over to my right arm& was 118/96 p 78& a few minutes later 1109/76 p 79. are

these bad?
