Guest guest
Hi All I'm new and new to the abbreviations so sorry if I ask " uhh what's that? " Well here's the short of my story. I conceived naturally about 2 and half years ago and ended up losing her at 20 weeks. They deemed it a cord accident. I got pregnant a few months later and miscarried at 10 weeks. I ended going to a specialist in New Orleans and they found I had a septate uterus. I had a lap in Dec 04, with a resection and conceived in January on follistim. Well now here I am at 24 weeks with boy/girl twins and so far all seems well. I would love to hear anyone's stories who have had a SU and gone on to have healthy pregnancies or even twin pregnancies. Thanks Serena
Guest guest
Hi Serena - welcome and congratulations on your pregnancy! Twins, I hope you're getting lots of rest now (I'm sure everyone tells you that - like you can!) There are MANY, MANY SU (resected and non-resected) women on this board who have had successful pregnancies, some twins as well. I'm sure several people will post success stories, you can search the archives as well. I have a complete SU, but have not had it removed. I had a healthy daughter, vaginal delivery, at 40 weeks 1 day last July. I hope the rest of your pregnancy is uneventful and easy for you! Take care and congratulations again, a Complete SU DD born 10 July 2004 -
