Guest guest
Hey guys! Lucille, congratulations on your grandson. That was a great story and I am glad to hear that and baby are doing fine. Lyn, it must be so exciting to anticipate the moment your little miracle arrives. Please keep me posted. I will be praying for you and the baby. I wanted to let the both of you know that I just got back from my ob/gyn today and I am 7 weeks pg. The baby's heart was beating 130 beats per minute. My RE says he no longer needs to see me and everything is looking great. I was so emotional today after the u/s. I have been feeling fine for this pg. except for the fact that my clothes are starting not to fit already!! But I haven't been stressed...for some reason I have felt like this time it would be ok. But this morning before we went to the dr. I was scared to death. After we saw the heartbeat I had to cry. I feel good though. I take it every dr.s appointment at a time. I use those as my markers. I see the dr. again for a work up in two weeks and then two weeks later I see a peri for another u/s. I am so excited. I will pray for all of you but I ask that you keep me and my baby in yours as well. Please keep me posted on everything and if you have any advice or things I should be aware of please let me know. Happy New Year! Brandee 2 m/c 3/05 & 7/05 7 weeks pg for #1 lucilleshellysmom djjayone@...> wrote: Hello All! I just got back after a very long day at the hospital But I wanted to let you all know that Shell was set up for her c- section on Friday Dec. 30. Last night she had mentioned that she felt like maybe a little wet and that she was spotting lightly. So afther her shower she also noticed some contractions but not much of a pattern So she went to bed around 10:30 P.M. and woke me up every two hours letting me know that she was spotting more and contractions we getting longer and closer together. We arrived about 8:00 A.M. at the hospital which is about 20 min. away. They put her on the fetal monitor and the first hour there was no contractions reading, and let me tell you she was having them. So they adjusted her monitor twenty min. latter still nothing> I told the nurse so she changed the end of the cord and finially it was reading. I knew from the stress on Shell's face that she was long into labor. They checked her cervix next and she was also diolated to seven and ultra sound still read breech but in a diagnolly By 1:30 we were on our way to delivery She was given a eperdural and when they were ready I got to go in later. It was a little scary but amazing.I could'nt hold back my emotions I held her hand tight and she seemed abit out she could hear me but did not answer. They took the baby out but her did not cry I held my breath without even feeling it the Dr. Keep looking over his shoulder and Finally a long big cry from my grandson My heart was pounding and 's eyes opened. They called me over and I got to cut the cord. I asked about his Apgar> Not to good at first 5 and 8. But they told me not to worry he was starting to look better.I was at the same time watching the dr.s work on Shell. afther I was told that she had to normal size uterus with a division septem so the removed as much as they could which was half to give her more space for any future pregnancies and she also has the two cervix I was just glad they did what they could while they were in there. I hope this information helps you. I was from Mommy to baby I was tryng to take in everything. He weighed at 7.3 Lbs 20 1/2 inches long. I left the hospital about 9 pm and Mommy were resting well. Than you all for your support and well wishes please excuse any of miss spelling or run on sentences But this Grandma is going to bed. I will update you all soon Good Night! love Lucille Share bookmarks: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/MullerianAnomalies/links/ Share files: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/MullerianAnomalies/files/ The Congenital Uterine Anomalies Home Page: http://www.wegrokit.com/uterineanomalies/ es/ The Congenital Uterine Anomalies Home Page: http://www.wegrokit.com/uterineanomalies/
Guest guest
Hi Brandee, Thank you for your best wishes, I am so happy for you that the u/s went well! The hb sounds very strong! I think it is great that you are using the dr appointments as benchmarks. That is how I made it through a large part of my pregnancy. I always felt that thinking about the whole 40 weeks was way to overwhelming but breaking it down into those " chunks " made it a whole lot more manageable. I will keep you updated and let you know when our little one finally arrives. I will also be keeping you and your little one in my thoughts. Please keep me updated on how you are doing. I will be thinking of you often. I am so happy that you have a good feeling about this pregnancy!
