Guest guest Posted August 22, 2010 Report Share Posted August 22, 2010 i havent done any recent research...but years ago there was known to be at least 4 types or parts ........of the vitamin E, similar to the B vitamins like b1, b2, b6, b12, etc the old classification of Vitamin E their is/was : 1. alpha tocopherol, 2. delta 3. beta 4 gamma. and also there was a synthetic: dl alpha tocopherol and a natural : d alpha tocopherol and who knows WHICH of those the LAB range is about???????
