Hi

Val, running this by you again..

Since

my last post on Friday I've dropped and maintained the T3 at 18.75,

12.5, 18.75,

12.5 and HC to 5,5,5,5 and seem to be having somewhat better results

without the major heart pounding, I am still having very mild pounding

occasionally but it is much less than what I was dealing with last

week. I wonder if I may have cleared, I'm beginning into my 11th week

now? My temps get higher (though staying within .2 or .3 of daily

98.6 avg),my pulse gets over 90+ as well as higher blood pressure

(Stage 1 hypertension levels) especially after the 3rd and 4th doses.

I tend to get sweaty during these times as well. It still feels like

I need to tweak the doses a bit, just not sure where so I'm sticking on

this dose until I hear back from you. I have energy, no cold feet, no

hair loss or other hypo symptoms I used to have. I would appreciate

any further guidance you may have.

Thanks!!

Kem

All you can do is try it. I never got the pounding symptoms from high

T3 mine was alwauys when I was low in T3 and adrenals messed up but YOU

may be differnt. But DO give these trials more than ONE day as it takes

at least 3 days for your body to adjust to a new dose of ANY hormone

sometimes longer as thye affect other hormones and conversions.l

That's hard to say whether the migrainis keepiong temps low, or the

low temps are causing the migraine. The migraine may have eaten up

some extra cortisol as pain can do.

Will do Val, thanks! The heart pounding has greatly

improved at these new HC/T3 doses. I do have a quick question

while I have your ear. Yesterday I had a major migraine

happening, stayed in bed all day and took my Tramadol. I got up

several times to take my temps and it was abnormally low, only

averaged 97.9, pulse & bp were normal. Very strange

because my temps have been steady as a rock for well over 2

months at 98.6. Today the migraine has lingered a bit but I've

felt well enough to do some things - but my temp doesn't seem to

want to go past 98.2, been stuck there all day. Do you think

it's the migraine keeping my temp down?
