Guest guest
Aminah, I've been following your posts, but have had no answers/advice for you Are you talking about external cephalic version (turning breech baby)? My dr./peri would not attempt one on any woman with an MA. I bet it depends on the dr. and individual circumstances, but mine both thought it too risky (I have a UU). Have you ever looked on the " sister " board - the MA Cafe? I think that some members tried natural ways to get their babies to turn. You might be able to come across something searching in the archives. If you need help, let me know. As far as any C-Section questions...unless you've already had that appointment...I would ask what the likelihood is of a traditional cut vs. a " bikini/transverse? " cut. I was told that my chances were greater than a woman with a " normal " uterus because it was difficult to tell exactly where my son was located (again, I'm a UU). I think recovery is more difficult with a traditional cut. Also question all the risks involved just so you are aware. (I had other things consuming my thoughts, but was told RIGHT BEFORE the surgery!) You might want to ask about what kind of anesthetic will be used as well. Sorry that I can't think of anything else. /UU/
