Guest guest
> > I do not know what to do for this test tomorrow to make sure I am getting a proper reading. The consensus is 10 to 12 hours >My test is at 10am. Should I skip my bedtime cytomel, take less or just take the 25mcg I usually take. I really need to know my exact level because I feel I am on the edge of needing more but not sure. Why not try nore??? blood numbers are only a guide. Taking 12.5 too much T3 will wear off again in a few hours if it was too much. The nice thing about T3 is that overdoses wear off quickly. It takes 3 days for levels to stabilise after a dose change provided you have got rid of T4 by then. At the end of the day how you feel is most important.
