Guest guest
Hey ladies, Just wanted to run my update past you in order to gather any advice you might have for me! My story is this: A few weeks ago, a 3-D US at my ob/gyn office revealed an MA. An HSG was scheduled to help better dx the situation. I just had the HSG this morning and I found it to not be too thrilling, to say the least! My ob/gyn (and another specialist from the hospital) reviewed the films and determined that I am partial SU, just a very small septum, although my right fallopian tube is blocked. My ob/gyn specializes in laparoscopic surgery and threw the option out as a possibility for further testing, although she said it is up to me, since my current situation " should " not cause any problems. In fact, she mentioned that getting pg could sove the situation altogether. Coulr that really happen? Her recommendation is to begin ttc in a few months when we are ready and see where it takes us. Since my head is still spinning from the procedure/results, I was wondering if anyone had any advice for my situation. Should I continue with testing even though my DH and I have not even started ttc? Or should I just see where I am at in a few months? Get a 2nd opinion? I completely trust my dr and feel that further testing might be unnecessary since we haven't even started ttc. Thanks in advance for your take on my situation!
