Guest guest
First I want to say that I'm so glad to find people like me! I've been scouring pregnancy message boards trying to find someone to relate to, but there was never anyone out there. I'm not sure what I have. I'm 18 weeks pregnant (first time) and only found out I had a problem at my last OB visit. (I hadn't been using this OB for my pap smears.) This doctor was the first to discover that I have two cervices. Since I am pregnant they cannot properly diagnose me, but most likely I have uterine didelphys. Originally they thought I had only a septate uterus (seen on the ultrasound) until they felt the two cervices and vaginal septum. Your stories of success are encouraging. I know I am at risk for preterm labor, but to read about women who have successfully had more than one child gives me hope. Thank you all for sharing. Please add me and my baby to your list of prayers; wish us a long and uneventful pregnancy! : ) I'm sure I'll need all your advice when it comes time to " fixing " me. I don't know what some of the terms you all use are (HSG, lap, etc.,) but I'm sure I'll learn fast. Thanks for listening, , 27 18w 3d pregnant with #
