T3 Half life and questions about Activated Charcoal - CONFUSED

I think you are safe to take it 4 hrs away from T3, 2 hrs might be okay too.

Actually I often take my activated charcoal in the middle of the night when I

wake up, because I take a bunch of other stuff during the day and it is hard to

space it out enough. I only take it during detox periods as well.
