Hi Val!!!

Thanks for talking to me today. I put my labs in the files section, I hope it

was done the correct way?

So last we spoke I was to take progest once a day I believe ? then we got cut

off and i couldn't add more... thanks though.

I had high cortisol, and high nighttime cortisol... we talked about my iron

trying to get up my ferritin from 15 with my body being so used torunning on

such low iron, and about SEIZURES! fun.

Ok, i will start trying to check my blood pressure, which you said would help

me figure out if i have cushings. which i think i prob. do, but i do not have a

hump on my neck.

i do feel on the verge of a seizure all the time (on a scale of 1-10, 10 being

the worst, it's usually at a 2, not bad, but i know it's there... and that

shooting nerve pain behind my eyes. and the headaches.)

ok well thanks, if there is anything you can suggest to do, so i don't just give

up because i'm so overwhelmed with all this.....

oh, and i'll look into rhodiola. thanks for that suggestion!!!
