Advise re dosing Cortef and T3

I can not seem to retain my Cortef dosage if I take it every 4 hours it is

totally gone within 2 hours so is it OK to take my cortef every 2 hours.

So 7am,9am,11am,1pm,3pm,5pm

As I am doing this is it better to divide my T3 dose with the Cortef dosage, I

take my biggest T3 dosage on waking and was taking my other doses every 4 hours

- my total T3 is 62.5mcg daily

So would a starting point be keeping the same dose of T3 but dividing it every 2

hours instead of a larger dose every 4 hours

SO.........

25mcg at 7am

and then 6.25mcg every 2 hours with my cortef

Any input would be appreciated as at present I am crashing taking Cortef/T3

every 4 hours as I say after 2 hours I have used all my cortisol so I think I

need to dose every 2 hours
