Guest guest
a, Thanks so much for sharing your experience. It is wonderful that you have a daughter and are pregnant again. It is encouraging to know that it can work with the septum intact, although it obviously seems much less stressful if it is gone. I guess that I'm getting impatient to hear what the MRI revealed. I have appointments with 2 REs on Friday (separately). One ordered the MRI to distinguish if the tissue at the top of my uterus is actually substantial (indicating SU) or insubstantial with a dip (indicating BU, or BU/SU). We'll see what their recommendations are. While I know that risks are higher with the BU/SU, I'm at least encouraged by the positive stories out there. It is also helpful to know what type of monitoring should be done with the SU intact. All the best as you go through the first trimester! Laurie SU lost twins at 20 wks and 27 wks (at birth)
