Guest guest
1. We have people on this group who have done well on SR T3. However, MOST people report better results with regular T3. As with many RT3 issues, there is no " one size fits all " . 2. If RT3 buildup is caught in a very early stage, this may be possible. But usually, no. " Once it is at a certain point your body CANNOT fix it " from Moderator 's post: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/message/44900 3. Prior to clearance, T3 dosage may need frequent adjustments and pesky hypo symptoms may recur. After clearance, a person is on a stable dose of T3 and hypo symptoms are gone. Have you read Moderator Nick's excellent website? http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ > > I have a few questions: > 1. is t3 better than srt3? i think taking srt3 would be 'easier' for me but is it really of no use? > 2. if rt3 was caused by low ferritin, low cortisol, will getting iron levels up and taking HC fix the problem without taking t3 only? > 3. How would I ever know that I have reached the clearance point when I am on t3 only for 12 weeks? >
