Guest guest
I would try to combine some of these doses to four or five times a day. I htink you would feel better and have a better idea what is a correct dose. Thsi way you are dose stacking, takign another dose when th4 one before it is peaking and so on all through the day. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://artisticgrooming.net/ > Two weeks ago tomorrow, I switched to T3 only from a combination of T3 and NTH because my labs showed FT3 at 7.2 (way over the high end of the range). Yesterday I was at 93.75, but I'm getting drowsy between 8:30 AM or 10 AM - really drowsy, like nodding off. My temperature dropped today and my pulse was below my sweet spot at 84 (I'm usually up around 90), so I added 6.25 to the 8 AM and the 11 AM. But should I increase the morning dose rather than adding 6.25 mcg to individual doses through the day? > > My current schedule is: > 5 AM - 18.75 mcg T3 > 8 AM - 12.5 mcg > 11 AM - 12.5 mcg > 2 PM - 12.5 mcg > 5 PM - 12.5 mcg > 9 PM - 18.75 mcg > > Is this a hypo symptom or would it be adrenals? > > Thanks > Peaches_II > > > > ------------------------------------ > > We are not medical professionals here, just patients sharing our experiences. Guest guest
What about a schedule like this? 5 AM 25 mcg T3 9 AM 18.75 mcg T3 1 PM 18.75 mcg T3 5 PM 18.75 mcg T3 9 PM 25 mcg T3 (bedtime) This actually aligns with my HC doses. > > Two weeks ago tomorrow, I switched to T3 only from a combination of T3 and NTH because my labs showed FT3 at 7.2 (way over the high end of the range). Guest guest
I started with 25 mcg at 5 AM and didn't get drowsy! Then at 9 AM I took 18.75 mcg. I ate my lunch at 11:30 AM and by 12:00 my heart was racing. My temperatures were not elevated, but my pulse was at 124! I drank some salt water and by an hour later my pulse dropped to about 100. For my next dose at 1 PM I only took 12.5 mcg rather than 18.75 mcg and did the same with my 5 PM dose. My pulse got back around 92 by the afternoon, which is about normal for me. Should I take 25 mcg at bedtime or should I stick with my previous dose of 18.75 mcg? I can't tell if I'm getting too much T3 or if my sodium is fluctuating. Thanks for any guidance you can provide.
