don't.

Iron is still low so keep supplementing 150 to 200 a day but she is

horribly hypo and desperately neds some more in her so try a half

grain more and if there are no adverse effects another half grain a

week later.

The low iron could cause adrenal affects such as anxiety.

The ratio for Total T3 needs to be 10 rather than the 20 for FT3 but

decimal points needs moving around. This makes her ratio 2.78 which is

horrible.

That is mainly because her T3 is so low and if she can increase her T3

by taking more without the RT3 going up with it she might be OK.

Otherwise it's onto the T3 protocol for her.
