Val, your issues with mold

Please let me know if this is off topic. I am also bad at posting and being

concise, it takes me along time and struggle at putting my experience into

words. sorry.have to post when focused (rare moments), so all this stuff comes

out at once. :/

Val we spoke on the phone twice, i'm the one on Dexedrine (ADHD medication) with

elevated cortisol. You helped me sort out why my D.O.'s treatment didn't work

(she used SR T3 and didn't check ferritin). we also spoke about my symptoms

being reactive hypoglycemia.

I am now raising ferritin in preperation to begin Cynomel.

So these are my concerns that started the past 6 weeks...

-Cannot sleep (never had this problem for so long)

-Lack of appetite (before i was always hungry)

-headaches, sinus throbbing (had this before but is worse)

-runny nose every day, coughing, chest congestion and tightness, wheezing (i

smoke, but i feel it's more than that)

-sometimes get that feverish feeling

-exhausted, anxious, weak, muscle aches, no motivation, feel like i'm an old

lady (i'm 36)

-easily irritated, no urge to do anything or leave the house. feel depressed and

confused. my concentration is even worse than before.

I am also going to retest my cortisol, possible that i may be sliding into

adrenal fatigue, even though i don't understand the timing..

I'm scared, don't understand what is happening. It sometimes feels as if i'm

slowly losing my mind and health. I'm so close to treating my RT3 issue, this

could be the answer i have been looking for all my life, now this? why now?

My boyfriend who lives with me has some of the same respiratory issues, we both

are constantly sick and were not previously in our lives. The house belongs to

my brother who was an alcoholic his whole life but began drinking more heavily

and had to be hospitalized (by force) due to not eating, sleeping and having

hallucinations and being suicidal and paranoid. In desperation to get his life

together he went overseas and has been slowly doing better.

I'm living in this house for 10 months taking care of his 3 cats and the house.

I read about mold online, it scared me so I rented a hotel room for a week. My

boyfriend is going to try to clean the house. we are getting air

purifiers....just to be on the safe side.

The basement leaks and floods and there is a small amount of what could be

visible mold. there is dust issues i'm sure.

I guess i'm just fishing for ideas and responses... i may go back to the D.O.

for advice also.
