Week 11 of T3- what to look for in lab work

Hello,

I'm having a chem panel, vit D, B-12 and TSH, FT4, FT3. I know I want top of

the range for Ft3 or over. But for the other tests what are the optimal values

I am looking for?

Vitsamin d at least 80 to 90, B12 -1000, TSH .01 to .05, FT4 which on T3

only LOW, FT3 ideal 450-620
