Guest guest Posted August 2, 2010 Report Share Posted August 2, 2010 I'm almost at week 6 on T3 only. I've been holding at 87.5 mcg and 35 mg HC for two weeks. Temps are finally stable right at about 98.3. BP is 116/68 - I usually run around 120/80. Pulse is 84, usually run around 90. Energy is good and I'm sleeping well, but feet are really dry, I could bite somebody because I'm so agitated, constant mild ringing in my ears, low mood, bowels are challenged and I can't seem to find my sweet spot with magnesium. I'm retaining water - I'd been eating low carb - eating 5-7 servings of vegetables and fruit a day (fruit as in avocados and tomatoes), no bread and then ate just a serving of bread on Saturday and Sunday and gained 3 pounds! Yikes! Is this electrolytes or hypo? I believe I'm ready for a raise and was planning on an additional 6.25 increase - does that sound right? Is retaining water from too much potassium?
