When does one feel RT3 kick in each day?

Are RT3/hypo symptoms more pronounced a few hours after taking T4? I added in

some naturethroid (one grain) to my cytomel one month ago.

I tend to feel the most hypo during the day an hour or so after taking all of my

morning meds. I am going to get labs done, but it will be difficult to tell my

RT3 stuff because I am only taking a small amount of T4 and lots of T3.

I am wondering if my symptoms of sleepiness during the day means that I am

turning the T4 (that I take in the am) into RT3, and it makes me feel hypo

while the conversion is happening.

Could this be true?

Thanks

Liz
