Guest guest
Hi , That's a good question because I think my estrogen is way too low. But anyway, total testosterone 99 (2 - 45) but I know optimal range is 50 - 100 free testosterone 4.4 (.1 - 6.4) estradiol 159 (luteal range <247) progesterone 30 (luteal range 4.4 - 28) I supplement 20 mg PG cream the last 2 weeks of cycle. That's how much it takes so I don't get sore breats. My basals go up to 98.4 to 98.5 during my luteal phase and then drop down by the end of my period. I have been getting hot flashes and TERRIBLE depression during my period (the depression doesn't let up for about 8 days) which I believe are both symptoms of low estrogen. I just got a script from estrogen the other day from my D.O.M. but not sure how to dose. She said to just taking during periods as that's when I have symptoms, but these labs seem to indicate I need estrogen my whole cycle. Thank you, Kathleen > > I *think* I am getting close to my optimal dose of t3. Guest guest
Val, I'm starting to think I am progesterone dominant now. I just read over the sypmtoms and I have many of them, including: sleepiness all day, feeling sedated, anxiety, depression. I am still going to get thyroid labs, but I'm thinking I really need that estrogen script! Kathl > > > I *think* I am getting close to my optimal dose of t3.
