Guest guest
Val, I just had phone consult with you and just thought of this: You said *most* people need about 75 t3, which I was on, but temps were about .3 degrees too low and I had fatigue, so I bumped to 81.25. Thing is, my ft3 was only 370 something on 75 t3(normal range with upper limit of 420), so on paper my ft3 doesn't look too good, but my temps are getting very close. What do I go by, my temps or my labs? I mean, is 6.25 t3 going to bump my labs to the top of the range? And yes, I am using a mercury thermometer. :-) Thanks, Kathleen
Guest guest
you would go by both. Therer= ARE also many of us that need more T3 then 75mcg. Temps may well slow dowin in coming up when you get higher on T3. and remember FT3 needs to eb OVER range when on T3 onyl as there is no T4 for conversin. The lab ranges wer developed for a person wiht BOTH hormones present. http://www.nthadrenalsweb.com http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://artisticgrooming.net/ > Val, I just had phone consult with you and just thought of this: > > You said *most* people need about 75 t3, which I was on, but temps were about ..3 degrees too low and I had fatigue, so I bumped to 81.25.
