Hi a! Thank you so much for sharing your story with me. We

have striking similarities, I also had spotting once during the 1st

trimester and then at 14 weeks woke up to a gushing bleeding episode

that sent me to the ER. Thank goodness I had a doppler rented so I

could listen to the baby's HB right away. Fortunately they saw no

bleeding near the baby or placenta (which is all the way at the top

corner), it was coming from the other side of my uterus. I am now

under peri care being monitored every 2 weeks for incompetent

cervix. I am still worried that I could go into ptl way too early,

but I am just trying to take it really easy. My OB said I should

prepare to deliver at 34 weeks via C-section, so I'm really excited

to hear you made it to 40. I hope this pregnancy is just as

successful for you, but hopefully without some of the post-labor

issues. But like you said, as long as Mommy and Baby end up healthy

in the end, that's all that matters!!!

Thanks again and best wishes!

Carey
