Guest guest
I have been increasing iron a lot over the past 6 weeks and for the first 4 weeks or so I felt a lot better from taking it. Over the past two weeks though I have been feeling more hypothyroid - hair falling out, joints sticking. Also had symptoms of low cortisol - shaky legs, breathing issues and insomnia at night. Increasing hc didn't help. I've been thinking maybe the increased iron was somehow causing pooling - maybe it increased t3 availability, but adrenals couldnt handle it so I was going more hypo? I tried decreasing t3 by 12.5 yesterday and so far today i am missing 5mcg. I already feeling a lot more hypo - tongue swelling, foggy headed, fluid in ears and its not relieving the shakiness. I don't know what to adjust or what to do Any help would be really appreciated
