I'm following the protocol on nick's website, using cynomel.

I'm only on the 12.5 per day (split into 2 doses). I think I actually feel

better for about 3 or 4 hours after taking it but then feel a drop off where I'm

cold and tired.

My temps/pulse: (all temps were taken under arm)

Fri (first day): 97.1@1pm (6.25 taken @ 7am & 2pm)

Sat: 99.1 & pulse108 @ 2pm (6.25 taken @ 7am & 3pm)

Sun:98.3 & pulse 86 @ 2pm (6.25 @ 9am and split the second 6.25 in two @ noon &

4pm)

I'm trying to be get better @ taking temps & pulse @ regular intervals. Did not

take the morning bbt (mornings are when I feel the worst) on these days but the

previous week I took it on a few mornings and it was 97.1 twice and 97 once , my

pulse seems to range anywhere in the 90's (taken in both am and afternoon, early

eve).

So with the assumption that I do not have AF and ferretin is fine (but cortisol

is elevated), should I just stay at this dose until temps come down a bit?

Should I space these out (instinctively feel like I should spread it out more)?

I am also on 30mg dexedrine (stimulant medication for adhd).

Here are recent labs:

Last ferritin lab taken july 7th= 59 (ref.13-150)

With iron supp. this went up from 34 in one month

Cortisol saliva taken july 12th=

Morning(10am): 10.5 (ref. 3.7-9.5)

Noon(3pm): 2.9 (1.2-3.0)

Eve(7:45pm): 1.5 (0.6-1.9)

Night(11:45pm): 1.1 (0.4-1.0)

Thanks!!

Lila
