IRON/CORTISOL

I am posting  this question to the rt3 groups and the adrenals, not sure where

it belongs.

The other day Val answered a post from me where I stated I was having trouble

with high pulse and shortness of breath. Val you think it was iron being too

low. This was just a few days ago and I have since added iron. I know it will

take awhile to see if this is working.

I have been paying closer attention to my pulse and wanted to run a couple more

things by you.

I took my pulse before getting out of bed and it runs around 72, but the minute

I get up and start get ready for the day I can feel my pulse get uncomfortably

high and I immediately get the heavy feeling in my chest(like I can't get a deep

enough breath). Just casually moving about the house my pulse gets to 106 and

it's happening just getting out of bed and the high pulse last all day.  Do you

still think this is iron related?

It's strange, but I think this feeling goes away after my period starts. Last

cycle I remember this going away(but I wasn't closely watching waking pulse) and

feeling good UNTIL ovulation. I am expecting my period in a few days and will

monitor my waking/day pulse.

I am concentrating on iron but I can help but worry this is more than that.

Thanks,S
