stupid!

I'm sorry to post this here, it should probably to on the adrenals group, but as

they're closed for the moment...

I've posted this on the NT group, realizing maybe this group was a better

place...

I did such a stupid thing. I'm still on levo, can't go on T3 only yet, have to

raise my iron/ferritin first and address my adrenals. Am waiting for the HC to

arrive.

So, normally I take 137,5µg levo, I take 1 of 100, 1/2 of 50, 1/2 of 35.

I've beel feeling really bad these last couple of months. Have so much pain I

can hardly walk anymore (never before this bad!), sweating like a horse (thought

it was all hot flashes), pounding headaches, etc.

Yesterday night, preparing my pills for this morning, I noticed that instead of

taking 1/2 pill of 25, I've been taking 1/2 pill of 150!!!

OMG, I really panicked! These stupid pills are both the same shade of blue, so I

never checked.

I don't know how long this is been going on, but certainly for a month or 2.

I feel so stupid and scared! Don't know what to do. Simply go back to my old

dose?

What did I do to my adrenals, I hope I didn't mess them up too bad.

Anybody any idea how long it'll take to go back to " normal " ?

I'm so tired of everything, I'm a reall mess and there's so much to think of.

When I'll be going on the HC, there'll be temping, charting, taking pills 4

times daily... I really don't know how I'm going to cope, I'm afrai I'll mess

that up too.

Sorry to put this here, I really needed to tell someone and I need some advice.
