I think that it's good to have the iron binding capacity fall as that means your

body has less capacity to take on more iron, and your saturation has risen to a

much better level. In other words, you have gotten your iron up! :-) I think it

would be okay to start t3 now. I can't remember how high the mods want the

saturation, but I think it was close to 45%. Hopefully one of them can confirm!
