I hate taking OTC medications... I tend to react to OTC medications :-( There

are a lot of possible side-effects...

I have had to take quite a bit of benedryl the past month because of a viral skin condition. This has been smack dab in the middle of my T3 only treatment of 6 weeks. The anithystimes haven't affected my T3 progess at all. i have conitnued to improve on the T3. i can only take the benedryl at night since it does cause drowsiness. There is non drowsy claritin if you have to take something during the day.

I take antihistamines almost every single night to help me sleep and as far as I

can tell it has not affected the t3 from working.
