Is that a reasonable scenario? you are very hypo and need enough of something, whether it's Erfa or T3. Without seeing RT3 labs I don't know which way you need to go >Assuming my Ferritin at 73 and adrenals are ok, my question is what would you do if you had my numbers? The truth is , although my temperature (99) has responded to T3, many days I still feel like I am slogging through molasses. Increase something! Typical doses for a " full replacement dose " are 3 to 5 grains of Erfa (60mg per dose) or 75 to 125 of T3 only.
