question about files instructions for switching to NT

I'm a little confused about the instructions listed in the files section...

In paragraph 5, it sounds like it might be saying to drop the second 12.5mcg

Cytomel and add 1 grain NT *one week after dropping the 1st 12.5 Cytomel and

adding the 1st 1 grain NT*.

I thought that Val has previously said that we drop 12.5mcg Cytomel and add 1

grain NT - and then wait TWO weeks before doing it again.

Which is the way to go?

Also, when am I going to have FT4 begin converting to FT3?
