If the tiredness corresponds with a temperature drop, that may mean your T3 dose is higher than your adrenals can handle. I had to divide my T3 into smaller, more frequent doses to avoid this. After taking my t3 dose in the am I find I'm more tired and have to take deeper breaths. I just bumped to 20 cytomel and finished venafor two days ago.
